Richard did a great job working on multiple issues that I had with my house. He notified me when he was coming, came on time, did a great job, and even helped me clean up. His work is great and professionalism is top notch. I am sure everyone has a bad experience with a contractor and/or service, but I can assure to you that this company will not disappoint. Richard Sachs has serviced our house twice now. Both times have been efficiently resolved and reasonably priced. The second visit was a call on a holiday weekend Sunday. Sewage backing up into the house with out of town guests staying with us. A real disaster in the making. But Richard answered the phone on the first call, and was at my house in about 15 minutes. The clog was the main line out of the house, to the septic. Snaking from the toilet would have been a real ordeal, but he had the tools and the foresight to address the clog from the septic side. From phone call to pack up was less than an hour. I highly commend and recommend Richard's service.

Drain Away Sewer Service provided excellent service recently when the toilets clogged in our home. We tried unclogging the toilets but we were not successful. I looked for a plumber in our area and came upon Drain Away. I called and explained the situation to the owner. Shortly after that another person called and stated he would be here upon completion of the job he was at. He updated me on arrival time and assured me they would come that day. Upon arrival the plumber introduced himself and began asking questions and looking at the job. He was able to unclog the toilets and drains within a short period of time. The owner came and helped him replace the toilet(had to remove it to get at drain) and cleaned up. Both gentlemen were very polite, explained what they were doing, neat and professional. My husband and I were impressed with the way the job was done and we highly recommend Drain Away for plumbing needs. Excellent job!!!! Thank you😊

Sunday night the sewer main became clogged and the sewage was running into our basement creating a terrible mess. I talked to Richard from Drain Away and he came to our house to fix the problem. It was below zero, freezing temperature outside on Friday night and I noticed that we had a problem. Our drain was clogged and there was water all over the basement, coming thru the sink. We remembered calling Drain Away about 2 years ago, and the great service that Rich provided back then. We called them right away, Mike showed up and got right to work.

If I typed everything to explain what Mike went thru to correct this issue for us, this review would be extremely long. It was pouring rain, just before dinner on a Saturday night the weekend before Thanksgiving and our drain was completely clogged with water filling our bathroom. We were not hopeful we would be able to get ahold of a service but lo and behold Drain Away came to our rescue!! Rich at drain away is the best home specialty service provider I've ever used. My family came home from a day out on a Saturday night, only to find water all over the floor and the toilet overflowing. We called him and he answered immediately, and was at our house within 30 minutes--awesome especially on a Sat night! We had a tough clog and he removed it with ease. He cleaned up all the water and left the bathroom immaculate. Super responsive, professional, and fairly priced. Couldn't recommend him more. I've had a drain in my house that I have to have snaked every six months. Drain away came and not only was he the least expensive of the previous 6 that did the job. It's been 12 months now and I haven't had the problem. They took the time to make sure they went all the way out of the main trap and left everything clean. I highly recommend.
